Who We Are?

ACE Surveyor is a New Zealand–based land surveying practice supporting infill, subdivision and medium-density developments across the country.


Our multi-disciplinary team delivers topographic surveys, boundary definition, construction set-out and as-built verification, with clear, council- and LINZ-ready survey outputs aligned with New Zealand requirements.


We work closely with planners, architects, builders and consultants to provide practical survey input that supports efficient design, approvals and construction delivery.
